Lovely hotel in the centre but with easy and quick access to the motorway. The staff were so kind and accommodating, the food was tasty and the rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. Would definitely come back if passing through Perpignan again!
A very warm welcome from reception staff and we immediately felt at home! Lovely comfortable rooms, spotlessly clean and, despite other comments here, a perfect temperature. Drinks / dinner / breakfast in the restaurant served by great staff with great food. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Team Dali Hotel. Recommend.
Lovely hotel about a 10 minute stroll to the main town centre The room was very clean and quiet. The lounge are was very nice and they have a lovely roof top area where you can bring a drink up to and enjoy the city views. Book the car park …
A one night stop-over while traveling South. Comfortable rooms. Clean. Good breakfast choice. Easy and fast check-in and check-out.|I did want to make a note of recommendation: We booked an hour before arrival, from a mobile phone while on …
Sweet attendant and beautiful lobby, but the halls smelled like a cat little box, and the room was not much better. The AC wouldn't go below 23°C and the bed was super hard with a heavy comforter. So, I slept on top of the comforter with my own tiny blanket. Lots of wasted space in the bathroom. The shower was a plastic insert with a bad stain and some of the tile was loose near the toilet. Otherwise, great location.
This should had been a nice one-night stay. Unfortunately, our experience was not great. I'm sure the place would be fine minus the issues we experienced.
Upon returning to the room for the night, we noticed that the room smelled like the toilet. The hotel was fully booked, so we couldn't change rooms. Someone came up and sprayed disinfectant, which only temporarily resolved the problem. the smell increased while running the shower.
Speaking of the shower, ours was missing the shower door. The floor became soaked and we had to mop it up with the extra towels.
We understand that the smell issues was no one's intentional fault, but it doesn't resolve them of their responsibility. However, when we addressed the shower door, their response was that a new one was on order, so they were well aware of the problem before they rented us the room.
They originally offered to cover two drinks at the bar for the inconvenience. We did not feel this was satisfactory, and pushed for a larger discount, pointing out if they had told us in advance that the room was sub-standard, we could had chose to accept it or stay elsewhere. While we eventually came to agree on a discount, my comments about properly preparing us and giving us a choice didn't seem to sink in.
EDIT: I am adding to my comments following the hotels reply.
The hotel initially only offered to remove the cost for two drinks following our complaint. After a lengthy discussion we did get a slightly larger discount (I believe 15%), but it was the hotel’s failure to completely understand that they promised us a product/service and THEY failed at delivering it. It wasn’t us being picky, it was their room smelling of sewage and being under repair (missing a shower door). It was their failure to inform us of this upfront and not delivering on their product as advertised. It was having to argue at length for a partial discount when they should have refunded us in full for their failures. Fair to say, we will not return.
This is a very nice hotel, slightly out of the town centre (which is probably a good thing). We had a Privilege room which was very good, with views across a park and towards the town centre. The staff were all excellent, charming and …
This is a quite basic hotel, probably a three star at best in the uk, which has one redeeming factor - the staff. Our room was small and I was disappointed that there was no fridge. There was however a very large draw containing a large …
